			    Preamble

  The licenses for most software are designed to take away your

Excellent Tool!

Excellent. I had trouble signing my F# .dll's in the version I have. This command line tool made it very easy; just specify the path to your key and a relative output path; for example: Signer -k c:\MyKey.snk -outdir .\build -a *.dll -debug

Fantastic tool. Unfortunatelly, it hasn't been able to sign some DLLs from 3rd part I have, but it could sign the important ones for my current project. :)
